Our first Omega Wednesday! Today we will be talking about Wonder Woman, some DC TV and, other things that’s been happening in DC.

Movies
In movies, Wonder Woman has found it’s Ares and it’s David Thewlis or is best known in the Harry Potter franchise as Professor Remus Lupin. According to Batman News, “multiple sources” Thewlis has been cast as Wonder Woman’s lead villain. Ares will reportedly portrayed through blends of practical effects and CGI. Ares is the God of War and the son of Zeus and Hera. Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins and is in theaters June 2. The movie stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, and Robin Wright as General Antiope.
In Justice League, Zack Snyder shared a behind-the-scenes image for Justice League. We see Batman kicking the crap out of one of the Parademons. Also, Zack Snyder just recently stated that a new trailer for the upcoming film is going to be release “soon.” I wonder how soon is it going to be. Justice League will be released on November 17, 2017 and it will star Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.

In animation, DC has released there trailer for another DC animated film. It is entitled Teen Titans: The Judas Contract. It is based on the same titled comic book. In the trailer, it features the Teen Titans team coming up against Deathstroke with the orders coming from Brother Blood and his HIVE. The team features old time members such as Nightwing, Star Fire, Robin, Beast Boy, Blue Beetle, Raven and an additional which is Terra. The film has no release date yet, so let’s wait and I’m pretty sure it will be awesome!
DC TV
Supergirl
In Supergirl, we are going to be visited by 5th Dimension beings and he is Mr. Mxyzpltk and he has come to marry Kara. But when Kara refuses, Mr Mxyzpltk wreaks havoc in National City. We also get to see Winn with an alien Lyra on a date.
The Flash
On this week’s episode, we see Jessie Quick return to Earth-1 and she’s asking Team Flash for their help. Harrison Wells Earth-2 has been kidnapped by Grodd and was brought to Gorilla City. Now Barry, Cisco, Caitlyn and Julian heads to Earth-2 and rescues Harry. Meanwhile in Earth-1, Jessie and Wally are left behind to look after Central City while Barry is away.
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow
Our Legends this week heads to the year 3000 where Dr. Mid Nite has one piece of the Spear of Destiny while the other Legends go to Camelot where Stargirl is keeping another piece of the Spear. We get to see the Legends battle in medieval times and meet up with King Arthur, Queen Guinevere, and the Knights of the Roundtable.

This week, we get to see Cupid getting his revenge on Green Arrow and she’s got some back up with her. We also get to see the Anti Crime Unit trying to arrest the Green Arrow for the murder of Detective Malone.
Games
In games, we get some additional characters in Injustice 2. Adding in the roster, we know have Black Canary and Swamp Thing. Injustice 2 will be released worldwide on May 16, 2017.
